I started going to Steve many years ago due to old and ongoing lower back issues and pain from years of abusing and testing my body in extreme sports and construction. While I wouldn't say I was 100% free of back pain now, but 99.5% is pretty damn close and its not even an issue anymore. He subsequently helped me through shoulder, knee and neck issues that became more apparent after my major issue was cleared. In addition to a very pleasant massage, Steve showed me changes I can make to my posture and stretches I can do at home to be preventative.
