Robert Baird is dismissive and does not seem to take patients seriously. He wouldn’t believe I was having serious health issues and actually told me, “Just because there’s smoke doesn’t mean there’s a fire.” When I tried to explain that I thought it might be related to my weak immune system, he told me to “stop Googling things.” I hadn’t Googled anything. Autoimmune issues run in my family, and when I brought that up, he said, “You’re too young and it’s not genetic, so that can’t be it.” Spoiler: I was right. I do have autoimmune issues that were attacking my right lymph node causing a large cyst to form. Went here for an xray to make sure my kid didn't break his leg. Paid the $140 up front. Then later get a bill for over $400. The biggest charge was $350 for a new patient input which I didn't get charged for when I was a new patient several years ago. And it wasn't any different than a typical new patient input. So no reason to cost $350. Then we were charged $130 for a splint application that took less than 20 minutes to do. Then I looked at a prior statement from a few years ago, which is too late to do anything about. I got charged $221 for an ankle brace I did not receive because I had a boot already. I went in for ear pain that turned out to be an ear infection. The staff was very kind and helpful. They were quick but efficient. I was able to be helped and on my way in about 20 minutes total.

Stellar experience at Sterling. I went in with what I thought was food poisoning. Got there when the doors opened and was seen within 5 mins of arrival. The front desk clerk was great as was the nurse. Was seen by two fabulous PAs. They spent quite a bit of time in the exam and were convinced it was something beyond food poisoning and sent me to the ER for advanced imaging. Turns out it WAS serious and their hunch was right. They got me prepped for the ER, talked with the ER's PA and I was seen and diagnosed as soon as I walked in the door to the ER. 10/10 visit and could not recommend them more.

Peter is the most unprofessional physician I have ever seen. He won’t even look you in the eye well asking what symptoms you have and seemed extremely upset that we came in and like we were an inconvenience. Will never be visiting Peter ever again. The south facility is fantastic.
