Sterling Pharmacy

Edit: Griff and Peggy sold this pharmacy and retired, well deserved. However, now I just went in to pickup a couple prescriptions and they refused my discount RX card and then charged us nearly $100 for a prescription that is $15 or less with that RX card anywhere else. Griff would have never refused those cards, so I guess it's time to go to Meijer or Kroger. Never again will I have my prescription filled here. Have been going to this pharmacy for YEARS and have never had any issues with them. Small town friendly staff and the entire pharmacy just got remodeled and is very nice.

Staff are always kind and the store is well stocked with the things you'd expect and need. I'm thankful to have such a nice pharmacy in our small town!

I have done business with Grif & his team for 30 years. They are always knowledgeable & helpful when I have medication questions. I really appreciated their expertise when my elderly parents were juggling many meds in their final years.

Fantastic customer service!!! I called in to see if I had a refill about an hour before they closed. I didn’t have any at the pharmacy so my provider called one In at about 5:40. As I was on my way, the pharmacy called and told me it was there. Once I got in, the pharmacist said that he had them call because if I needed the Medication he would wait on me to get there!!!! It was for a rescue inhaler, so I definitely needed it!!!

Pharmacy has terrible attitude. Poor service, usually slow and rude. Always have issues with them that don't have with other pharmacies. Expensive. Once tried to call doctor to change my daughters prescription without asking me first because they didn't want to pay for it due to its price, even though my insurance was covering it. Honestly not sure how they stay in business. Would give 0 stars if I could.
