Sterling Group Norman Park Family Medicine Clinic

After recently moving to the area we needed to find a new doctor’s office. We had the same doctors for many many years prior to moving. This clinic was an absolute Godsend! From the office staff to the nurses and doctor they were all so kind and welcoming. We immediately felt like family and earned our trust. We’ve never experienced anything there other than quick, friendly, kind, and thorough care. I would give many more stars then five if I could!

I normally go to this clinic. I absolutely LOVE the staff; however, I recently went there with heart related issues. I was told they could not see me, which is mind blowing to me considering I stated I was light headed and felt like passing out. No vitals were even checked or anything. Mind you, if I went to the ER.. it’s still a good 25 minute drive. What would have happened if I passed out while driving ? I just don’t understand why I wasn’t even cared for enough to get any vitals. I’m am extremely upset over this incident, and feel like I was not cared for in any type of way. No one went that extra mile to even listen to my heart or even grab a blood pressure reading. Again… what would have happened if I fell out in their lobby? Would I have been cared about then??

I took my daughter and no one even wanted to check her out. They made an excuse about the insurance so I got that handled, then they needed an appointment so I waited, then after they couldn't come up with more excuses they told me she was fine and to take her to the ER if she needed anything else.

Great atmosphere, the service is better than any other doctors office I been in, they get you in and out in a timely matter.

Cassidy and her crew are the BEST. The office is run very efficiently and the staff could NOT be nicer or more professional. I highly recommend this walk in clinic.
