If you have a loved one who can’t care for themselves and need constant attention (a nurse that at least goes every hour) DO NOT bring them here. Nurses take a very long time to show up. If there is no one in the room they will not receive the care and treatment they require. And do not get me wrong, the people are nice, but the attentiveness is not it. Nurses don’t do much either. In the five hours that i was there, the nurse only went to check up on my family member ONCE at 9PM and didn’t do nothing but do a covid test and that’s it. Since the first day we got to this nursing home, everything felt off! Also, the room was NOT ready. The cabinets and room its self was/is dirty and still had old belongings from the previous patient. Now THIS is a nursing facility! Wow. The building is beautiful and renovated, the rooms are clean and fresh, the staff have all been so nice. I highly recommend Sterling Care Rockville for any nursing, long term nursing and rehab care!
