I visited this dental office for the first time today and the front desk staff, the hygienist , and Dr. Sims were all lovely . I have a fear of the dentist, as a lot of people do, and as far as visiting a dentist is concerned, this was very pleasant. Jessica, the hygienist, was friendly and made the experience very pleasant. :) Dr. Sims has a great bedside manner.

I'm particular about dentists as I have some unique dental issues that I have been monitoring and attending to for several years. Having just moved to Reno, took some recommendations of people at work to find a dentist and ended up at a different dentist where they tried to upsell me on all kinds of stuff for myself and a family member - I knew I didn't need it, but wasn't sure about the family member. So did so more research and found Steve Sims - a dentist who does dentistry, not a corporate dentistry office trying to sell services. Steve and his entire team are AMAZING. They all took time to talk about the issues that were ID by the first dentist, discussed different options, educated us so we could make informed decisions. The care and treatment we both received was top-notch, friend

Love this staff! My guy zen, I think his name is amazing!! He is so knowledgeable and always has the best knowledge for me on my teeth. The office staff are so friendly. Dr Sims is so great and always works with me so I can have the best teeth possible. I refer everyone I know to Dr Sims and his staff. 5 stars doesn't do them justice they need 10!!

DR. Sims and his staff are amazing! DR.Sims (Steve) is funny and has patience and great bed side manners. Steve has had to fix many of my teeth from previous malpractice dental work. He is affordable and also works on some weekends for those that have a hectic schedule like me. I have had to cancel many appointments due to my employment and they still get me in quickly when needed.

Dr Sims and his staff are so friendly, you are instantly put at ease. Not always easy at a dentist office. I enjoy talking to them all. I went to Dr. Sims based on my mothers experience there. They treated her with such genuine care our family is very grateful.
