The number of emails AND text messages was absurd. I went back and counted them. I had 5 text messages in addition to 7 emails in less than 10 days prior to my appointment. - the actual # was higher because i had already deleted some of the 1st ones. I received 2 texts that read "click the link below..." There was no link. When I finally got access to the Portal, I was unable to save information once I entered it. After a few days and many attempts, I was successful in saving my basic info. I then tried to enter my insurance info but was unable to enter my secondary coverage. I downloaded pictures of my Medicare card & ID when requested. BUT, when I signed in for my appointment, I had to provide my cards for scanning. I was told that there are 2 different systems & information does not

Well the fact I have to wait until June is sad cause Claritin wears off and I get red to purple rashes on my legs from food sometimes
