The water and iceberg locked requiring a code to enter - as if someone will steal jello or pudding! Are they serious or delerious??? It takes a half hour to have someone do a bedpan yet they expect patients to ring for water when Noone will come for ages? Boardman isn't thus silly 😜

Some good compassionate treatment from all staff on Medical ICU; and then rude and thoroughly incompetent treatment when I came in by ambulance to the ER.

My sister arrived at the ER last night (3-9-2020) @ 8 p.m. when she arrived she wasn't in a room, they had her sitting on a gurney for 8 hours she wasn't taken into a examine room until 4 a.m. she was told that there was 27 other ppl ahead of her waiting to be admitted too. She didn't get up to her room until 12 pm. The staff here are rude and ignorant. I asked a nurse a question and she was rude. My sister gets treated like a dog. She is on methadone, she takes it every day at 6 am, the hospital is supposed to dose her and guess what no methadone. This is the worst treatment ever.

It won't let me give zero stars and 1 star is being very generous. Nurses are rude, lack medical knowledge, resistant on updating patient and family on treatment plan and implications. Doctors don't appear to be thorough or passionate about patients. They just kind of do what needs to be done for liability purposes and discharge accountability. Privacy and HIPPA aren't a priority here, but that seems to be a common theme with Mercy Health. I never feel comfortable having a loved one at this hospital. They're either coming home worse, same, or with an infection. It's just very sad that this has become what is acceptable.

It's a complete horror show !!! Took my wife to boardman e.r. it was completely empty except one guy .we arrived, knowing she had streptococcus and ear infection. After completely ignoring hippa laws to ask personal information in public ( after the er got busy ), they sent her back in the waiting room to infect everyone else. And waited for 2 hours before I removed her Inverness and went home
