I called with a toothache not having been to this office before. They got me in first thing the next morning. The front desk ladies were friendly. My dental assistant came for me shortly after checking in and she was also very nice and friendly. She ended up with time to also do my new patient work up so I spent quite a bit of time there. Everyone there was kind and friendly. The dentist, Dr Shields, is young, but she is very knowledgeable and very clear about what I have going on, what my options are, and what our course of treatment should be based upon my choices. She did not pressure me to choose right away and was extremely patient, answering all of my questions fully and completely. I will be her patient as long as I can! This office was definitely a great find!!

My appointment was scheduled same day and was easy, checking in with Bailey was efficient, and wait time was short, even for a last minute appointment. The hygienist (Alexis?) was gentle, quick and thorough. The dentist's (Dr. Liz) follow-up started immediately after the hygienist was finished cleaning and she was done checking my teeth within 5 minutes. My entire appointment for a cleaning was done in 45-50 minutes from arrival to departure. I recommend this practice for its professionalism and its services. I have not been disappointed after three visits.

I went to my new dentist today, Steinbicker. I wanted to give a review for anyone local who may be wondering. I got in right away. My hygienist was super friendly, helpful, and incredibly thorough. I don’t know if I have ever had such a thorough cleaning in my life. It’s not easy to keep your mouth open that long, but she made me as comfortable as possible. The dentist was also super kind and friendly. Nobody pushed me to do any dental work I didn’t need, and my hygienist even checked to see if my insurance would cover fluoride before doing it. She said they never assume insurance covers anything, which I was super grateful to hear. The chair was really comfy and the equipment was advanced. The only thing I didn’t like was that they don’t give out toothbrush goody bags to their patients. T

What an awesome experience! My hygienist Lexi was incredible. Very gentle and super attentive. Bailey at the front desk was very helpful with my insurance and booking furture appointments for my husband and myself. She made the experince run smoothly. I really love the online booking options as well as the elevated technology in this office. It means they really care about PATIENT COMFORT! I cannot wait to go back and get work done with Dr. Liz, she as an absolute dream. She really listened to me as a patient and made me feel very happy and hopeful about my smile. I would 100% recommend this office to friends and family!
