Steinberg Diagnostic Medical Imaging

Excellent, Excellent, Excellent. Due to an extremely busy schedule and caregiving responsibilities, I delayed scheduling my mammogram this year. Kudos to Steinberg Diagnostic Medical Imaging — both the call center and the Summerlin (Alta Drive) office — for getting me in for a same-day appointment. The Summerlin Alta Drive location was especially professional and efficient. It appears they have a new imaging machine, which made the process seamless, required fewer images, and took significantly less time. The staff was friendly and reassuring throughout the visit. The front desk representative was working alone and handled everything with patience and professionalism, even while managing difficult situations. That level of care truly stood out. The staff in the building was great. The 2 star us because it took 7 times of myself and my attorney, calling to setup an appointment. Their team is so unprofessional and poorly trained that they would just get upset and hang up because they couldn’t comprehend that I wasn’t using my insurance but instead going through a lawyer lien due to me being in an accident.

I was brought up the six doctors in my family. Which actually means nothing until you get with a technician that is caring. Knows their job implicitly. He takes time to answer questions. Or rarity nowadays. Went to the Ulta location. Very impressed with the new facility. And my check was absolutely terrific. Very smart young lady. I usually would never write a review this long but it's worth it.

Great experience when I got my mri done. Had an issue with scheduling and needing to reschedule. I’m pregnant and a neurologist sent the order for my mri and I said this on the phone and discussed not getting contrast because I’m pregnant. I make it to my appointment change my clothes, and am told I need authorization from my OB to confirm I can get the MRI. This was the 23rd of December. Lots to do. Needed to reschedule. It was overall frustrating going in for an appointment and am about to go in and needing to reschedule. I did reschedule and I get a phone call the following Monday because the person who rescheduled gave me a bad time and date. So then I was left with less than 24 hours (right after Christmas) to get a note from the OB to get the MRI and had my mri at 6:30am from the ph
