Steel City Orthodontics

My son was absorbed after Steel City bough our retired orthodontist’s practice (Wintner Ortho was amazing but unfortunately he retired half way though my sons treatment). Steel City changed treatment plans mid treatment and discharged my son with a terrible overbite and a cross bite. Had him re-evaluated by another orthodontist and he was appalled. Ended up paying out of pocket (since my insurance already paid for our failed attempt). He now has a perfect smile- no thanks to Steel City Ortho. Really felt like they just tried to get rid of us as fast as possible since we were from the old practice. Have never left a negative review before but honestly can’t believe how neglected we felt.

Dr. Wintner treated both of my children, with one of them having quite a complicated case. He treated them professionally and timely. He was always attentive to their needs. My children never complained about going to an orthodontist appointment because Dr. Wintner and his staff made the experience always fun and enjoyable. Their end results were better than we had ever hoped for. Highly recommended, you won't regret it.

I have taken all four of my kids to Dr. Wintner's office for their braces and it is always a pleasant experience - for me at least! Kidding aside, Dr. Wintner and his staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and know how to put the kids at ease. Obviously, highly recommended.

Dr. Wintner and his staff are just wonderful! I was a patient for many years (through 2 pregnancies and 3 jaw surgeries) and was always treated so kind! Both of my children have gone to his office and teeth (and jaws) have turned out awesome! Can’t say enough good things about Dr. Wintner and his staff!

I had a very good expierence here. The staff was absolutely incredible, always very welcoming and genuinely cared about me as a person and a patient. Dr. Wintner worked with me, as I had a very unusual dental situation wise. Now, my teeth look perfect and I love to smile now, all thanks to him. I would highly recommend him for any type of orthodontia needs.
