Seems to be slowly dwindling away, hardly mo shifts to pick up anymore the ones available sit as requested never approved. Staffers used to be really good about booking you hours. Now she has lowered her LPN rate only prob to put more money in her pocket for losing contracts with facilities for the shady business she has done & lawsuits

Monya the recruiter for Stead Fast was unprofessional and rude. She's was requesting my social security number and pictures before emailing the application. She placed me on hold once I said I was not submitting my social security information before I even start the application process. So many red flags! I don't not recommend anyone applying here.

This place really needs to be investigated. I was scheduled with Baypointe got there and the scheduler of the facility didn't even know who I was. So together her and I called Steadfast no answer so I sent a text no response at all. So I try again to schedule a shift Thanksgiving day at Baypointe so this time I call ahead (steadfast doesn't like for you to call ahead) so once I found out I wasn't on the schedule. I made other plans. So than Friday morning I get up to a missed call from Lisa who left a voice mail yelling and screaming are you going to work at Atlantic Shores today (as in the day after Thanksgiving) I didn't even respond back. This is the most unprofessional staffing agency. Spare yourself the headache because you will have one trying to deal with these people. And the

This is one of the most unprofessional places I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. The owner Lisa is a liar as well as her scheduler Estelle. They will give you names of nurses for your schedule only to not have the nurses show up. They claim they have 24 hour assistance but once you realize their staff hasn’t shown up they never answe the phone for you again. I’m still waiting on Lisa to call me back in 10 minutes from three weeks ago. The staff are substandard to say the least. Most of their nurses act as if they can’t read or write and some of them smell like they don’t bathe. Beware! Use at your own discretion!

From the time I have been with this agency it is always a staffing issues. Either the staffer staff you confirm you and when you get way over there and you was canceled or she staff you and don’t confirm you knowing you suppose to be there. The staffer is very disrespectful. Their customer service is very poor. They will tell you they will call you back and never does. I was scheduled to go out of town this week for the staffer to give my schedule to someone else. I called today around 5 to get on the schedule for this weekend because I am not gonna let some disrespectful chic get in the way of my money I was told they was gonna call me back in five min here it is 9pm think they called hell no.
