Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital

We are currently in the ER and the nurse and Dr have zero bedside manner and have actively been dismissed for pain, voicing they don’t have a way to help. They’re very rude. Would not recommend whatsoever.

Ste. Genevive Womens Wellness Clinic never answers the phone. I've called numerous of times these past few weeks can't get a hold of anyone. They shouldn't be that busy they only have two providers now. I've heard from others within the community PBFHC also doesn't pick up as well. May need to check those phone lines or have discussion with your employees.

My service dog K9 Duke were welcomed with open arms and made us feel so comfortable. Not only did they go over and beyond in helping get to my problem from my post op surgery they did with Grace and in a 26 min time frame. This was looking real bad for me but this hospital and there staff where on top of it.

I had torn my ACL and quite a few other things to my right knee. This was the hospital I went to through the whole process from the ER, orthopedic, doctors visits and then surgery and they were amazing. They treated me with kindness and were so respectful. I am so thankful for the amazing staff and doctors located here. All around great professional down home folks. Thank you for what you have done for me. Definitely 5 stars and a great rating from me. Highly recommend as well!!

Wonderful experience, I had my baby there and the OB office and Labor & Delivery were amazing. Dr Kertz is amazing, nurses took very good care of us. Food service was excellent. All around, wonder and treated my family very well.
