Austri does a great job in helping me with several issues I have. Her location within a local CrossFit Affiliate (CrossFit Good Energy) and the schedule flexibility she offers is great. She is also a member and coach at CFGE so she understands what issues I may encounter during my workouts and offers up alternative movements so that I may still get in a meaningful workout. What a breath of fresh air! Dr. Monette is fabulous! I cannot say enough about her: she listens to you, she's friendly, caring, makes suggestions & works with you to promote the best outcome. I have been seeing Dr. Monette at Stay Mobile Physical Therapy to treat a hip injury. Austri not only has been treating this injury, but has also educated me on what may have caused it. She has helped me to learn to stretch and strengthen the surrounding muscles to prevent future injuries, but, also regain my mobility and improve my performance in the gym. Overall, I really enjoy Dr. Monette's approach to treatment. The private, pay as you go method, office inside the Mental Edge Crossfit Gym, and Sunday morning mobility classes are pretty great perks as well! In short, I highly recommend Stay Mobile Physical Therapy 😊
As a working mom of 2 young children it's very difficult to find time to go to an outpatient clinic. Stay Mobile Physical Therapy was the perfect solution for me! Dr. Monette came to my home to perform a comprehensive evaluation and come up with a treatment plan to best meet my needs. She was very professional, explained what was going on and gave me things to do on my own in between sessions. Highly recommend Dr. Monette and will continue to work with her for all of my PT needs!
