Unfortunately, I needed to get a back tooth removed. I called around to several places and they had the best prices. While cheap isn't necessarily better, here it was. I was very nervous when I went in, however, everyone that worked there created such a welcoming environment. The ladies were very friendly, chatty, and real. They made me feel like I was in good hands. There was one young woman working that you could tell was learning, and she was the one that helped me the most. She eased my fears and was there helping the dentist through my tooth extraction. The dentist was so sweet and explained everything that was happening to me and explained what she needed to do with precision, patience, and understanding. They also knew exactly what to say to lighten the mood and make it less stressf

I've never had a bad experience with them. I've never gone for anything more than my routine cleaning. Everyone is always nice and I never have to wait long in the office when it's time for my appointment; maybe 15 minutes at most. I've been going to this office for about 10 years. Although it's aimed at making children comfortable more than adults, I always feel welcomed.

What a wonderful experience. My very first time getting a tooth extraction & my visit was very pleasant. I was nervous but Dr. Finley was very reassuring. I calmed down immediately. Tooth was extracted within a matter of minutes & I was on my way. Every detail was explained to me every step of the way. I would highly recommend!!!! Great service!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was a patient there for years. Recently I had a large painful capacity and I couldn't sleep one night so I give them a call first thing that morning at 8:37am and explain to them how much pain I was in, the receptionist said she will talk to the doctor and call me back. While two hours later still no call back, so I call them she told me I haven't talked to the doctor yet I'll call you back but she never did. I call Howard dentist and told them about how much pain I was in and the receptionist said could you be here in 30 minutes WOW.

I scheduled an appointment over a week in advance. Office had the wrong number on file and canceled my appointment. Said they left messages and texted and got no response. Clearly that would be the case if it was the wrong number. Did not try to reschedule OR even offer to get the correct number for me. The older blonde lady at the front desk with the cold sores on her lips had POOR customer service. I do not recommend.
