State Street Family Dental

Absolutely the most unprofessional dentistry I have ever been to. The dentist got mad at me for not being numb and proceeded to get loud and complain about how he “doesn’t have 3 hours for one patient”. On top of that I was told the price was to fix both teeth to then find out it was only for the one, which I then had to spend more money to get a root canal due to the dentist poor judgement. Absolutely disgusted by how I was treated by this practice.

I transferred to State Street Dental a couple of years ago and it was the best dental move I have ever made. I have lived in a dental chair ever since a very young age, which has given me a lot of anxiety about dental offices. Dr. Jason Baker has such a great and friendly chairside manner. I feel so comfortable in the chair. First time ever to have crowns and other dental work done with little to no pain. His right hand assistant, Bri, is awesome as well, and then there is Sam, and she also is great and cheery. I feel comfortable with all of them. The front staff, Marie and Jennifer are so nice and efficient at what they do. They have always worked with me and been able to get me in. Great, great staff. Very caring and professional staff. I am not fond of dental visits, and they made sure I was comfortable and at ease every step of the way. I was very impressed!

Extremely cleanly and welcoming environment when I last went. I had a great doctor and an amazing Dental assistant, I believe her name was Samantha W. This lady deserves to be recognized as she brings an enthusiastic and eager attitude to work. She made me feel very comfortable and even got me laughing at a few points in time, which is a big deal considering I do not fancy going to the dentist. She was very thorough and professional with her work and her and the doctor got me out of there feeling way better than before- She is a key asset to the work culture at State Street Family Dental, along with many of the other colleagues. Overall 5/5 recommendations for this place due to their professionalism, dental work, and caring staff
