Starling Physicians Glastonbury

Just walked out after waiting 2 months for my appointment. Dr. Posner was condescending, short, and rude. He did not wash his hands or wear gloves before touching my skin. I practically had to convince him to do the procedure today. He insisted today was just a consultation. I infomred him that's no what I was informed at the time of the appointment as I had even asked at the time of the appointment if I would need somone to drive me home amd was told no because only local anesthetic would be used. He refused to perform the procedure on one cysts on my breast and told me he would not provide instructions on how I could treat or drain it at home but is something I would just have to live with. He did not offer a gown for me to change so I could remove my bra and shirt for him to perform the

March 10, 2025 Update: I returned after about a month after my first appointment. The staff was very pleasant & so was Dr. Andrews. He told me that I would need an operation to fix the damage from a fall. I’m leaving on a trip, so we will deal with this when I return. I’ve increased the stars to 4 since this is what they deserve so far. I always update. Also, the facility has many other specialist services, including a lab for blood tests. Very well set up. Very convenient. I truly recommend Dr. Andrews and the Sterling practice itself. My first review from February 2025: I went for a broken nose after a fall. I called Starling Physicians to schedule a new patient appointment with Dr. Smith. The receptionist booked me for the earliest available appointment, which was in May. However, I was placed on a cancellation list and my appointment was moved up to February. The customer service at this office is terrible. I was told my appointment was at 1 pm and to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork, OR to fill out the paperwork online before I arrived. I filled out the paperwork online because my workday made it difficult to arrive by 1 pm. I showed up at 1:04 PM and was turned away because I was "late to my 12:45 appointment". The receptionist was rude and dismissive, and did not listen when I explained I filled the paperwork out online as I was instructed. She kept repeating "Doctor Smith w

I was with Starling Physicians for less then 1 year. 2 billing errors were made that I caught. Dr E Smith had the worst bedside manner I've ever encountered. Refused to give me medication that my previous Dr prescribed. Gave inaccurate info to me re: my health twice. I've now found a new Dr and have been attempting to get my records from my previous Dr who sent them to Starling and my current records from the year with Starling. They will NOT send my records records from my previous Dr ,Stating Company policy and want to charge me money for my records from them!! Oh, and the receptionist "Sha****" hung up on my TWICE in the middle of me talking!! WORST DR'S OFFICE EVER!!!
