Starling Physicians Farmington

Worst experience ever. I brought two elderly couple with a bad headache and this receptionist did not turn down the volume of the music system. Rather she shouted at me when I tried to reduce the volume. Very very rude place...the carelessness is in the atmosphere here.

I want to be clear — my primary care provider here is excellent and I have no complaints about her. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the cardiology side of this practice was completely different. The medical assistant (I believe her name was Bea or Dee) immediately treated me poorly when she saw I was wearing a mask because of a sore throat. I could even hear her on the other side of the door talking to the doctor about me, saying I was sick with a sore throat. She double-masked before she even entered the room in a hostile manner and proceeded to ask why I even came if I was sick, (very unnecessary and unprofessional) and spoke to me in a rude, commanding tone. She did not explain the EKG process, roughly placing probes and then ripping them off. I didn't know what was happening

This is the worst office that Starling has. Came here as my doctor was not able to see me, they told me they would NOT see me because I did not arrive 15 MINUTES EARLY! NOT THAT I WAS LATE…… BUT I WAS NOT EARLY! Also mind you the waiting room was EMPTY WITH NO ONE ELSE WAITING TO BEEN SEEN other than another couple they did the same thing to that had to reschedule their appointment because they were 5 minutes late. Paula Taylor, APRN you should be ashamed of yourself. Maybe try coming out of your office and seeing patients who actually need to be seen
