Staring Plaza Veterinary Center

I bring all of my pets to Staring Plaza. I absolutely love the staff here. They have called to follow up on the status of my new adopted dog Raelynn after her vaccine, and they have also called repeatedly to check in our puppy Rikku after we discovered she had an esophageal diverticulum and megaesophagus. Dr. Berryhill has especially been so supportive in regard to the status of our puppy Rikku and has called to reassure us and our concerns. The staff is so incredibly kind, informative, and patient. I can't recommend them enough.

This place is a over priced joke. I brought my 2 dogs here for boarding which is not a bad price. But this time they tell my both of my dogs are due for vaccinations. Which only one needed at that moment. I was under the impression that ot would be around $100-$130 but For one dog it was $315.90 🤯. And to do both it would be $700 plus the boarding fees. They gave my Frenchie his shots then called me afterwards tell me the price. I lost it over the phone told them to stop everything and I rushed back to pick up my dogs. I got there and asked for a copy of the vaccinations that they gave my dog and the prices per vaccine. These people charged me for each vaccine which is a single shot combined with all the vaccine all in one or two shots. So a $50-$60 shot plus doctors exam fee was $3

HORRIBLE! They run "deals" where if your animal is a certain age then you get special promotions. However, they LIE about the age of the animal so you can't get it! They told us our cat was not a kitten so the deal did not apply. We went into it thinking we were paying $99, and they told us we owed them $500+ on the spot. It was SO unprofessional. Despite the payment fiasco and the dishonesty of the entire clinic (from the front desk to the vet), we also felt like something was off. There was a creepy vibe. The vet even checked our cats anal glands WITHOUT gloves and did not wash his hands after. Disgusting. We have never been back. We should have just walked out right then and there but you want to believe that someone who takes care of animals would be a good person and do the right thin

My experience with Staring Plaza Veterinary is pleasing! I love the service and the way they care for my fur baby. At times he can be a handful with all his energy and noticing other animals while in the clinic. However, the doctors and the staff always take excellent care of my 2 year old Labradoodle, Milo. They assist with me his healthcare plans and I'm grateful they go over and beyond!

I've worked in the vet care industry for 20 years. Boone, my mischievous Coonhound, ate several toys and needed a vet ASAP. I called Staring and they could see him right away. He was given excellent care, I was given several treatment options, and he made a full recovery! (I highly recommend Dr Dickson. She is so caring, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. She came in to check on Boone personally while he was hospitalized overnight. I also want to mention that several staff members called to check on Boone. I really appreciated them!) Since then, I have brought Boone and Penny in for routine check ups. I am thoroughly impressed at the organization and cleanliness of the facility. Every staff member is positive and helpful. I was floored that both vets, Dr Faucheux and Dr Berryhill, ca
