Thanks to everyone at Star Vision for their amazing customer service during my most recent appointment. I was greeted with a friendly smile and was immediately taken back for my appointment 10 minutes early!! Very thorough examine…not rushed. Dr Carol always takes the time to explain things and even has time to ask about my Grandma. Another five star review from me. If I could give them more than five stars I would!! Amazing team at Star Vision.

I have not had a bad experience yet, we've been going here for years. Dr. Carol always explains things to me in detail and Dr. Claire is amazing with my 10 yr old. This year I had Alexis, I believe a newer staff member; help with my frames. She was the sweetest and so patient with us. Great customer service here-All of them are so nice!

Always a good experience at Star Vision. Dr. Claire is especially wonderful with my toddler during his appointments. They make it easy during the exam and helping with picking out and fitting for our glasses. We always feel comfortable and welcome during our appointments.

They think their time is more important than yours when you tell them something is not right they tell you just wait two weeks well if I would’ve waited two weeks, I would’ve wrecked my car because I couldn’t see nothing at a far distance they knew my glasses were not right when I left there. They to lady who does adjustments told me that the progressive was too far up or down. I wasn’t sure they wanted me to come back. they would’ve redone the lenses, but they should’ve just redone the lenses the day I picked my glasses up and I could’ve came back in a couple weeks and picked them up. They did a lot of upsell to get me progressive lenses that I did not want. I told them that I had already had several set of progressive lenses. She said you don’t worry about that. Another great vision appointment with Dr. Carol at Star Vision. They are so thorough and answered all my questions. It seems like they go above and beyond to make sure that no stone is left unturned! I always appreciate that they are concise. Dr. Carol has been my optometrist for 30 years...and I highly recommend her and her team at Star Vision. Such quality, now a days, isn't always easy to find.
