Star Pharmacy

I'm a practicing clinical pharmacist at a hospital and I needed to write my experience about this pharmacy. We've been a customer here over 10 years and really appreciated the local 'neighborhood' pharmacy since the previous owner really came through when we needed help. But after the change in ownership, the customer service have gone down the drain. We were having issues every month so we decided to change our pharmacy. After changing the pharmacy we realized that we've been paying over 10x the copay compared to the new pharmacy. We were told that our prescriptions can't be filled more than a month but we were able to get 3 months supply in the new pharmacy. They also change their policy so they fill your script based on your pickup date. Which is BS since this should be based on the l

Excellent pharmacy!!! I only leave reviews for really great or really poor experiences. Star was really great! I went to Star after five of the bigger pharmacies told me that my prescription was on back order for two months and they could not get it anytime soon. Went to Star as a last resort as I had never been there before. THey said they would try to get it and call me the next day (Saturday). Got the call as promised on Saturday and they had been able to get the prescription. Service was great; price was right; and they got the prescription that the big ones were not able to get. Needless to say I am a new loyal customer.

The best of the best, my family and I have come here from the first day they opened and since then the treatment they have given us has not changed, I really like the advice and recommendations they give and the quality of treatment that all employees offer I really recommend them a lot.
