Appointment time: 12:30 Time actually seen: 1:45 pm Tons of crying children, with very little offered as entertainment. The waiting room feels cramped and it feels overbooked. The Dr. is great but, man, I wish he would open his own practice. Update: As I scanned the QR to post this review, I was told by the hygienist that I couldn’t use my phone - at all. Mind you, I’m using their posted QR code in the waiting area while they are running nearly an hour and half behind. Then, rather than giving me any explanation, she starts to tell my CHILD how as a hygienist, she always catches parents on their phone. After waiting over an hour, I opted to leave with my children. Solely based on a dental assistant who is more concerned with a parent leaving a review than with her actual duties. You can

The best dental office we have been to. They always are so kind enough to accommodate all my children's appointments at once to eliminate numerous trips. They always greet you in a pleasant, professional manner. All of their staff make my children feel safe when getting procedures. My kids love going for their ice-cream and tokens! Thank you for all that you do.

My kiddos had their first appointment at Star Kids with Dr. Davila! As soon as we walked in, we felt the welcoming customer service from front desk ladies! Once it was our turn to head to the back, I noticed a well trained and experienced dental assistants. (Hence them being a board certified pediatric office). They made our daughters feel at ease and explained everything to us with patience. Thank you, Dr. Davila & staff! You made our visit extra special!!

My girls truly enjoy going to their appointments here at Star dental with Dr. Perales! The Dr. is very kind and patient with young kids. Makes the experience as stress free as it possible. They always look forward to the ice cream treat at the end too!
