In response to your reply that I have forgotten the circumstances of losing my three dogs in your care, I expected nothing less from you. I also expected blame shifting and denial. You state that I refused to take your recommendations and refused to get the proper care for my dogs. That is not true and I’m sorry that you have to resort to twisting things to suit your agenda. They were precious to me and I would have done anything to save them. After losing my two dogs that had the respiratory infection, I took the two remaining dogs I had left at home to another veterinarian to be checked. She did some testing and found that they also had this infection and started an aggressive treatment plan with various medications. They both survived. Such an excellent experience! The staff is so friendly! We just moved to the area from out of state and really wanted to find a good veterinarian and we did! We went in for a check up in the morning left and was literally back in 30 minutes because our puppy cut herself. They squeezed us in stitched her up and we were good! Highly recommend!!
