Star Discount Pharmacy - Meridianville

I’m so upset with the prescription bottles from this pharmacy. (I’m not sure if this is an issue with the other Star Markets in the area because I’ve never used any other than the Meridianville location.) The labels fade SUPER fast from this pharmacy. The pharmacist there is 10/10! Star Market, you’re making this pharmacist look horrible by not supplying him with the proper supplies to get his job done effectively for him AND his patients. I feel that patient safety is at risk with prescription drug vials that become illegible far prematurely. One issue is the fading of the labels, causing danger to someone who takes multiple medication. The consumer doesn’t know what’s in the bottle. The entire liable has faded except for the pharmacy name, patient name (and of the Rx # isn’t printed o

Our pharmacy closed, because we had used this pharmacy in the past, we transfered 3 people's prescriptions to Star Market. Last month, I got my report on my medication, what I should pay, and what I did pay. Only 1 was correct, the others, I overpaid. One was not even listed. Asking the pharmacist, he stated, running it through insurance would have cost us, so we ran it, as though you didn't have insurance. I had wondered WHY, IT KEPT GOING UP. From $30, and today $60. They do NOT CARE! To take a loss on one prescription vs to have 3 customers business, including grocery side, is not in their business model for success. This attitude, and word of mouth, can affect any business in their success or failure. We will be taking our business, that is trustworthy and honest, fair, and uses people
