Unprofessional phone call. I called to make a first time appointment with this dental office after finding them on my insurances website. They handled the phone call extremely unprofessionally which was my first red flag, I was greeted with “Hello” in a very non chalant tone. As a business, you should greet guests with an introduction to the business, your name, and follow up by asking how can we help you today? Not “Hello?” as if you’re answering your personal phone. So I expressed my interest in booking an appointment and proceeded to provide my insurance plan. I was then told I had to be assigned to them. Dr. Sheetal is a true gem. I was so worried my first time coming here and she made sure I felt comfortable the entire time throughout my cleaning. She has gentle hands, and seems to genuinely care about her patients. Star Dental has taken away my fear of dentists. Her staff members are very sweet too! I highly recommend!

This Dentist get five stars from me and my family. She has taken my fear away. going to her she has made me so comfortable and when I tell you she has fixed my teeth so good I can smile now. I have been coming to this dental office for years, but after our recent visit, we will never return. The dentist and receptionist had the worst attitude and treated my mother very harshly. Their unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable. This office needs to significantly improve how they treat their clients. We are extremely disappointed and cannot recommend this place.

This dentistry is small and visibly aging, but the employees were all very welcoming. The process was decent, no complaints. Looking forward to the next appointment.
