DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!! They changed the name . It was BRIDGEPOINT- CAPITOL HILL!!! There is only select staff that care about the patients and their care. They do absolute bare minimum, if anything at all. You have to complain religiously in order for them to even try to assist the patients. I feel extremely bad for all the patients in their care. They take HOURS to change your loved ones if they have soiled themselves! You complain to the Nursing Director and head of the staff... it's a waste of time and they don't do anything. The staff is rude and unprofessional. They complain about being short-staffed... but they continue to take new patients. The beds and equipment is raggedy and should be marked as unserviceable. They lie constantly and about everything! The staff lacks
