Long time client of this clinic and it's team. Want to give particular thanks to Dr Davies for her kind and empathetic support yesterday when our old boy Louie needed his final help, and Drs Pearson and Kerling for their work with him over the last several months. We are so very grateful.

I have asked them several times to call me about my visit to this vet in September this past year. They have never followed up. Just this week I called again and they said the manager would call me. No call of course. We have used this vet for over 10 years, but the past couple of years the quality of service keeps going down. They keep losing experienced vets. In one of the past two years, the annual exam did not include looking at my dog's teeth. In September a lady came to the car, took my dog and my credit card inside. No conversation at all about how the dog was doing. Recently that credit card was terminated by the card company for fraud issues. While I do not know it was related to this vet visit, it is the only place I have ever had a business take my card like that. I w
