Stanley Total Living Center

The memory care unit has been absolutely amazing. From the moment our loved one moved to STLC, everything has been nothing short of phenomenal. The staff have been incredibly supportive throughout the transition, and Bridget in the front office has truly been there for us every step of the way guiding us through the process with compassion and care. We are so grateful!

My grandfather was sent here from the hospital and was very very weak. He couldn’t even pick his head up. And all they did was make him feel insufficient. Telling him he wasn’t doing enough. Just treated him poorly. I had high hopes for a Christian organization; but don’t let that title fool you. He was released 3 days after being there because he couldn’t stand it anymore. That next night he about died in the bathroom floor. Y'all should be ashamed for making an 80 year old man feel the way y'all did. I’ll pray for y'all. And I’m thankful y'all didn’t kill him. Steer clear of this place.

I’ve had clients stay there for rehab who say the physical therapists were good. As far as I’ve seen in my visits it’s a decent place with a caring staff and their teamwork and dedication shows for itself . The residents who stay there seem happy, safe and cared for. In March of 2023 my mother-in-law (Libby) entered Stanley Total Living Center (STLC) as an admit from the hospital. Prior to her admit, Libby had been in and out of the hospital and rehab centers multiple times. Her last hospital stay prior to admission to STLC was very concerning, an we did not expect her to leave the hospital. From our first encounters with STLC, we experienced great personal care, a loving culture, a responsive administration, and a well qualified staff. As Libby made steady and noticeable improvement, her stay was changed from short-term rehab to long-term nursing care. During her stay until her death on 07/22/2025, we continued to receive excellent compassionate care for Libby. Over the remaining 2-1/2 years of her life STLC became home, and the staff became fam

Our mother is in the memory care unit and I can’t say enough positive things about this facility and staff. They are all kind and take great care of our mother. Nothing prepares you for having to take a wonderful loving parent to a nursing home, it is such a devastating feeling… however STLC admissions director and the entire staff have been wonderful. My mother’s father was also in this unit more than 20 years ago and it was amazing then as well!! 5 stars for sure!!
