My experience at this facility was extremely positive, from the surgeon to the lady that transported me to my waiting car after cataract surgery. I can't understand all the negative reviews. Parking is difficult.

Parking is a nightmare and the blonde woman in the children's eye and ear lobby (recepcionist) is very impolite. Medical care is good, though.

The doctors are mostly fine, the facilities are nice but don't go here! The parking is a nightmare, and they have private parking enforcement on site constantly. There is NO neighborhood parking nearby, and all of the business nearby have large signs warning you not to park in their lots. Worse yet, 90% of their patients are octogenarian, so the constant circling of folks looking for spaces is a perfect chance to have a little bump because someone swung too wide. Finally, there are wide spots that are not parking spots, but you can park there. All full. I had to come up like 6 time for all of my mom's follow-up. Sometimes, it would take 30 minutes to park. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

Amazing doctors and staff Parking is a bit hard

Not sure how to only rate the facility because the eye care is fine but… Outrageous parking situation - way too few parking spots and limited street parking! Lots of employee spaces empty. Also scheduling appointments the next available is often several months out. Facilities should consider moving to another location.
