I used this office 20yrs ago and really liked their level of care. They no longer accepted my insurance so I moved on. Recently found out they took my insurance and revisited them because I needed dental work desperately. While I’m satisfied with the overall experience however, the time they took with the cleaning of my teeth was unsatisfactory. The assistant polished my teeth before they cleaned them and didn’t do a very thorough job cleaning them at all. I feel this is a very important step for a healthy mouth and because of this I will not return. I had a tooth extracted and was not given proper instructions on caring for this type of procedure. They advised me to use a straw and that is NOT good advice because of the possible way of getting dry socket. Front desk lady was kind and prof

I was always scared of the dentist and because of that my mouth was in poor condition. Standiford Family Dental has changed that for me. The staff is so friendly and the doctors go the extra mile to make sure your comfortable and pleased. This place has bad dentists and customer service. They cancelled an appointment of mine without telling me. When I found out, the day of the appointment, I was frustrated and explained I took time off for the appointment so I need then to make some accommodation. They refused. The most recent dentist refused to perform my routine teeth cleaning until I saw a specialist for a troubling tooth, so when I followed up with the insurance company to see if the referral was made, the insurance company called the dentist's office, and the dentist decided he did not want me as a patient. (Mind you, this is the 3rd different dentist I've seen in this office in the last year and only met him two days before. How does he even know he wants me as a patient if he only saw me for two minutes to tell me I

I have been going to Standiford Family Dental for several years, and their service has always been excellent. They have a warm and caring staff, which goes the extra step to make certain you get the care you need. They gave me my smile back!

Had an extraction & a root canal the same day...felt no pain.and she asked me a few times if I was doing ok.. the next day my mouth was not sore either!! Thank you 👍
