The Dominican girl at the front desk was amazing. Always asking if I needed help with the paperwork. Sorry i forgot to ask you name. And the radiologist was very helpful and quick with the MRI. Amazing place. If they were a regular doctors office i would go there all the time. They are amazing!

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received during my MRI appointment on December 6 at 9:00 AM. Your office left me multiple messages instructing me to arrive by 8:45 AM, which I did. However, upon arrival, the front desk informed me that I would have to wait an additional hour because “two people were ahead of me” and that my appointment had been given away due to an alleged failure to confirm. This is unacceptable, especially considering I did confirm my appointment through the link your office sent. The front desk staff stated that they “automatically assumed” I would not show up, despite my confirmation. As a result, I was forced to wait until nearly 12:00 PM before being seen. Basia, the receptionist, was exceptional. I felt like I had known her for years. Upon entering the office, she maintained a professional demeanor and took the time to explain any questions I did not understand. The office was Very Clean! I was seen on time for my MRI procedure. I regret not obtaining the names of the doctors who provided me with excellent care. They were a white female doctor and a black female doctor wearing Nautica scrubs. The entire staff was respectful and did an outstanding job. I give it a 10/10 rating and would highly recommend Queens Stand Up MRI to anyone. Let me start with the front desk. They helped me get a same day appointment which I’m extremely grateful. And now the star of the show would be the technician Zak. I have a lot of phobias which the main one is claustrophobia. He was extremely patient, kind and understand with me. He took his time helping me getting through the test. Thank you Zak again!!!
