Excellent coordination and scheduling, very simple and easy checkin at the center. Staff very friendly and professional. I felt my technician truly cared about making the experience easy for me.

The place is a disaster!!! It’s disgusting smelling of mold and chemicals, in addition it’s dirty, staff at the front desk are nice but the lady who is on the MRI machine is rude, tough and screams at you , you are going there because you are claustrophobic the place is to warm and they don’t have fans or any tipe of ventilation the top is there is not communication at alll , they’re supposed to say through the microphone this section takes 2 or 3 minutes what ever it is the case , she doesn’t say anything, but because of the heat breathing it’s easy you move and the pictures are bad then she talks in a very bad way, they do not provide gowns even though they have it!!!

Got there 8:30 for an 8:45 appointment. The facility was very nice as were all the employees. My problem has to do with lots of promises as to time(i.e. waiting time as to when I was to be called in, no notice of delays and promises of a disk in 5 minutes which took 15. TOO MUCH OVER PROMISING AND UNDER DELIVERING. I left the facility at 10:35! A relitively early appointment shouldn't have so many delays. The 3.3* google review speaks for itself.

I had an awesome experience at standup MRI today. My doctor wanted me to have a regular in the tube MRI and I am quite claustrophobic. But Tamika made the experience incredibly easy. She was kind, considerate and talk to me through the whole thing. I am very grateful for her care and expertise during my procedure. Thank you, Tamika.

Very disappointed with my experience with Maggy Vega. The entire staff was unable to do anything about her giving out my personal information and requesting my information. Completely unacceptable in my opinion. I would not recommend this facility if you value privacy.
