Dr Tolkachjov is one of the hardest working, kindest, most caring physicians I have ever met. He is one in a million and I am willing to drive 4 hours each way for my appointments. Dr T has performed two surgeries on my nose and have felt as if I was the most important patient he had that day. In this day and time you do not get this quality of care from many but he and his staff are literally the very best in the Dermatology business.
