We have been patients for over 10 years, my kids see dr swidler and courtney parker. i was recently there with my oldest for her 12 year old check up with courtney. we were in the middle of some friend drama and courtney took a lot of time to talk to both of us and give advice and encouragement for something that was not even a medical issue. , and made us feel supported. the staff is amazing and kind. thank you !

An amazing practice, I love that they have walk in hours in the evening. Highly recommend Alina Tsouristakis. Dr Lasky was also amazing with our daughter at a recent sick visit using her otoscope to create “bubbles”. It’s the first time she wasn’t afraid of the doctor!

We have been with this office for years, but with each time, it gets worse and worse. I use Stamford Health for ALL my doctors but I had to move my son from this practice because they are absolutely awful. There were several instances that I would like to highlight: - sick child: we called about his severe congestion, we got a call back from a nurse that was obviously reading a script and telling me that he needs a warm bath to help with his cough. I repeatedly told her, he does not have a cough, but is congested for days. I finally called a virtual doctor offered by my insurance, and he was diagnosed with ear infection and put on antibiotics that helped him immediately. - sick visits: walk-ins are treated quickly and impersonally, and that's usually when you need your child's doctor t

Emailed appointment reminders should have the correct phone number - I called to ask if it was okay to come in a bit late and I got told I would be fine as there was a 15 min grace period. Upon getting there, within that time, I got told by front staff that I spoke to no one there and that it's a 10 min grace period? I understand that it's busy and I was a few mins late but things happen and getting told two opposite things is frustrating! Dr. Eliezer had no interest in seeing my 9month old. How is it possible that there's no interest in seeing an infant? I would think these doctors would care more for their patients. I'm honestly disappointed and will not be seeing her again.

They are always available to see my son for an appointment or during walk in hours. My son is turning 1 soon and he has been with Courtney Parker since he was a newborn. We kept her as his pediatrician because we can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does and interacts with babies so well. We truly love her!!
