I would strongly recommend checking with your insurance before scheduling an appointment here. This is an outpatient facility, and we were not informed of that when booking. As a result, we were billed over $1,200 for the visit, which felt completely unreasonable for the services provided. Had we known the billing structure in advance, we would have chosen a different route for care. In our experience, you may be better off starting with your pediatrician or primary care provider, who can often evaluate and manage concussions or provide an appropriate referral without the surprise facility fees. Transparency upfront would have made a big difference.
