Dr. s are excellent, medical staff is great, front desk leaves a lot to be desired. Constant yapping and eating at the front desk forgetting patients, seriously poor work ethic. Patient portal is impossible to get into. Call the number on the patient portal site is for California and they have no idea how to reach support in NJ. I am totally fed up. LOOK ELSEWHERE

This is not the doctors office to go to if you have any health issues. My husband is a type 1 Diabetic and needs to be prescribed insulin because he doesn’t have a pump and our insurance doesn’t cover it. I’ve called the office on countless occasions to request refills for my husband and have been sent to voicemail EVERY. TIME. Not to mention that I’ve only ever gotten one call back in the 6 months that my husband has been a patient. However, when you go to the office there are so many people who allegedly “work” there. (if i could give 0 stars i would)

Honestly, I loved them when I started going..Julie Bohack was great. However over time they just aren't the same. Every single appointment I have is either "scheduled wrong " and needs to be rescheduled or canceled completely. Not to mention forget trying to get them on the phone. I have literally been trying all morning to reach someone because I made an appointment for today but received a reminder call saying my appointment is Wednesday. Mind you when they offer me the Wednesday one I turned it down because I wasn't available. They just don't seem to care about patients after COVID

I have had various issues with this medical center. First they never answer their phones , you need to leave a message and they’ll call you later as late as two days later. I get my prescriptions filled by express scripts, however; for some reason one of my prior prescription pre-authorized by another doctor in their Optum group at another location was cancelled by them . I was never contacted. The same prescription had been approved at this location 90 days earlier. The medication is for my diabetes. In addition, doctors here have issues listening to patients. For example, I experienced side effects from a medication I was taking, when I mentioned the issue to my Primary Care Physician, he acted like I was imagining the side effects. When I asked he lower the dosage; I was waved off a

I never thought I would have a doctor tell me I should have stayed home cuz I'm sick. I thought that's what doctors were there for???? Never before my life I've been made to feel helpless as if the Dr. Did not care and would not help me. I will no longer be going there and I'll be finding a new primary care doctor!
