Stadium Denture Center

Dr. Yader is the best dentist I’ve ever seen and Dr. Sherer makes great fitting and functional dentures! There was one front desk lady I didn’t care for, but I’d rather go to the best and get the best service with a little bit of bluntness than go to a place where they love bomb patients and the doctors do terrible work. I highly recommend this dental facility. I previously had an actual phobia from the horrible dental service I had previously received. They were very non judgmental about the phobia or about the state of my teeth. Finding this office was very be of the greatest blessings in my life.

This was the first time I have had dental work done and did not require medication for nerves. The dental assistant was so kind and talked to me the hole time to keep me calm. Dr. Yeater was so laid back and checked on me multiple times throughout the procedure. I went for my follow up today and even though there was only one person working the front, making for a very stressful situation, the receptionist was still very kind and thoughtful. I would recommend them to anyone.

ZERO Communication skills!! None of the staff seems to have a clue to what’s going on. I had to have an upper partial made. Not a single person explained to us the process how it’s made, what it’s made from, how long it takes, etc. I was at least 15 minutes early to every visit and generally sat in the lobby for at least 30 minutes. The longest wait time I sat was an hour and a half. When I was taken back, the dentist would come in, Walk in the room, walk up to my right side and instantly turned his back to me and did not say a word. This was the most disrespectful thing I have seen. The worst bedside manners I have ever seen. This happened at every visit I made. Most of my family has went here for years and warned me of the bedside manners before I even went. After several visits I finall

Front office is unorganized and untruthful. Phone was busy all day yesterday so couldn't even leave a voicemail for reschedule so some how we are considered at fault for the communication issues for there business. They state we have 2 no call no shows but we reschedule 2 and have the phone logs to prove otherwise. Doesn't matter now because we will take our business elsewhere due to the lack of professionalism and communication at stadium dentures front office.

I sent my dad here to get some work and a full set of dentures done. I live out of state and could not be there throughout the process, but they took amazing care of him. It’s really great seeing him smile with confidence again! His dentures look amazing, pricing was great, and the staff that I spoke with were amazing with me. He even felt comfortable with everyone there and dentists are his least favorite haha.
