Dr. Le is amazing. Being a concierge doctor, she takes the time in the initial visit to really get to know you and your medical history thoroughly. My 1st appointment was approximately 1.5 hours long. No other doctor has ever spent that much time with me. The regular appointments are longer than other doctors allow. She is thorough, doesn’t rush at all and covers any issues or questions in detail. Calls to the office are promptly returned by her staff and they are quick with requested refills to be called into the pharmacy when needed. This is all a big help to me. Dr. Le also takes messages through the patient portal and will respond herself to your questions. On weekends she will take a private text if there is an emergency that she can help with. Dr Le is amazing!! I never feel rushed, she always has time to answer my questions, and reviews my labs, meds, and anything else I need. Her staff is always so helpful. Would highly recommend her to anyone!! Very pleased with her entire practice.

I was very disappointed when I arrived for my yearly wellness visit . I had my list all ready to discuss with Dr Le , only to find out she is a Concierge Dr now and if I wanted to continue seeing her I would need to pay 1600/yr extra on top of my insurance to do so. This has been my Dr for 7 years as long as I’ve been in NC. If that’s the new wave , fine but respect the relationships already formed and grandfather in your old patients I was not made aware of this change prior to my visit Consider that I live in Rock Hill SC but because I have, well had a relationship with Dr Le that I valued , I didn’t mind the long drive but obviously she did not have the same commitment to me.
