I have Chanel sunglasses that I have been quoted outrageous amounts to fix or outrageous time frames to get them back. I decided to just get it done and didn’t inquire about cost first. I just read wonderful reviews of this place and the quality of their work. I went in and my glasses were fixed within ten minutes and Jamie did not even charge me. Ethical and high quality work! She even cleaned them for me. I’ll be back!

I had never been to stack optical before, and I brought in a pair of sunglass clip-ons, the ones that have a magnet on the outer upper aspect of each lens. each lens, one of those lenses was detached from the frame and needed a replacement for the plastic anchors that that hold the lens in place on the frame. Jamie Moore the optician took one look at it and said I don't think we can fix this because we don't have the right part for it. but let me see what I can do. after about 10 minutes she brought my clip-ons back, the lenses of which were attached with new replacement fasteners. they are a tiny bit loose, but I'm satisfied very much so, especially because when I asked her what I owed her, she said not a penny. she was very friendly, I got very quick service and I left with the problem r

I definitely recommend Stack Optical! I’ve gone in twice now with repairs for my husband’s glasses, and both times Jamie fixed them at no charge. She even replaced the nose pads because she noticed they were worn and not visually appealing, and she still didn’t charge! It is so rare to get service like this anymore, and it is so nice to know it’s still around.
