St. Vincent Primary Care Clinic

Be aware of this place. I received an outrageously high bill for a mediocre healthcare appointment provided by a nurse. The staff who attended me were deceitful. Do not plan on ever returning.

This office as well as their pain clinic has major communication issues. I had to wait almost 6 months for a physical therapy referral to their own physical therapy office. I spoke with them over 10 times to get the correct MRI order and I'm still waiting. I just don't understand why they can't communicate with each other. Still waiting for MRI order after 6 weeks. This is unacceptable.

Why they don’t have urgent care is beyond me. St Vincent using our tax dollars to build an incredibly fancy emergency room & health center, but if you’re very sick your only option is to wait a few days for an appointment or get an enormous bill at the emergency room. I don’t understand.

I have been seeing Lauren Huffman for a few years. She is professional, kind, and keeps me coming back. I truly appreciate all she has done for me. I have found all the staff to be incredibly helpful and kind as well. Ruth Hart, the clinic director, has been great as well and seems to have really helped turn the clinic around in a positive way. I am very appreciative of the new management and great care!

If I could give zero stars I would. I had an appointment for 8 am just to find out if I was actually pregnant. It took six and a half hours of being at the hospital to get what I needed for about an hour of actual work. They had me waiting hours between each service without any updates. Dr. Peatry is a not a good doctor. He is not a nice nor prompt or efficient with his patients. He was rude and had attitude from the first time he spoke to me. He never apologized for any delay. I never even got a, Congratulations you’re pregnant or anything. Zero information on what to expect with this first child of mine. Processes in this hospital are broken with old doctors stuck in old ways that provide unacceptable service to the community.
