St Vincent Health Care

I received a call from the hospital informing me they were transferring my father here. The nurse at the hospital provided me with all the information and informed me once he arrived, the staff will contact me. No one contacted me. I called this evening at 9pm and asked how my father was doing. I was informed they attempted to contact his sister and wasn't able to reach her. I informed the staff that I was his daughter, I live in another state, and I'm the primary contact. The staff member stated his sister was the conservator. I informed her I'm not aware of that and I have POA. She directed me to call back on Monday and speak with the social worker who she stated will "sort" it out. I called back to get the staff name who I spoke with. She answered the phone and just said hello. I asked

I just visited my kid's grandfather at St. Vincent Health Care. I was very impressed with this facility and my kid's grandpa is thriving. The facility is clean and all staff were very attentive to residents. Alexa, the nurse on duty, was professional and knowledgeable.
