St. Robert Family Dental Center

Great dentists. The clerks are absolute lost. Got a call to schedule a exam and she didn't even look at my records to know when my last exam was. Problems with insurance in past including filing a claim for the wrong tooth. There are 10 people at the desk and they cant get anything right.

My kids LOVED Dr. Kalfus today! They played with him tossing a ball back and forth while getting to know them, which they enjoyed. He was quick and efficient with his dental exam and the dental hygienist was very friendly. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for good dental care.

I have had nothing but issues, they over bill, refuse to do basic cleaning & requests a “deep” cleaning that tricare never approves, staff is rude, refused to let my husband bring our child to an appointment unless I filled out paperwork allowing him. There are not many in network dental offices in this area & St Robert Dental definitely takes advantage of military. Steer clear!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We have moved around several times so I have plenty experience with dental offices around the states. St.Robert Family Dental is incredibly kid friendly and they understand when moms need to bring their child/children with them to appointments. Due to a past traumatic experience for my oldest daughter, I was afraid of how she would do at this appointment, Emily that scheduled our appt, reassured me that we were in good hands with the office staff and Dentist. She was absolutely correct.

i’ve been going to this dental for a while and doctor Brown and Brittney did an awesome job on my teeth. both are extremely friendly too! i had a front tooth that needed fixing and was worried the tooth shade wouldn’t match - they did an awesome job! i can’t even tell it was ever bad to begin! extremely happy with their service and work.
