St. Peter's Primary Care

The care I received in the beginning was great and then my Dr had retired. Since then I have been seeing a nurse practitioner. Everything was good and then went downhill. I have needed 2020 forms done to go outside of the county that I live in. It seems like they don’t care about them. I have to call MAS on my own to see what was going on with one of the forms. The lady at MAS told me there will be a decision by 1:00pm and call after that time and I would be told if it is approved. Now I have a day procedure on January 27 2026 and have to call MAS to see about the 2020 form. Also the person I was seeing there is in the room with me for about 5 minutes and then I’m done. Not the best quality of service.

It has been 4 weeks since I received my bloodwork results, which showed the need for a prescription, and I still have not received that prescription. I have called several times a week and stopped by the office in person. I have left several messages for the nurse and have not received a callback. I have spoken with the front desk multiple times, and they assured me there was nothing more they could do other than transfer me to the nurse to leave another message. Their care and attentiveness is extremely poor.

Fantastic, professional practice. I've never had to experience long wait times, and am almost always able to get in quickly. Abigail Courtright is my primary. She's knowledgeable, compassionate, takes time to listen to your concerns and also doesn't waste your time. I can't recommend this practice enough!

When I have an appointment, it's always on time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The nurse practitioner I see is easy to talk with and listens to what my complaints are. She understands my concerns and addresses all of my concerns. A wonderful place to be when you have questions and need answers.

After reading reviews I felt compelled to write one. Just like Sam's review, we are challenging the clinic due to charging my family for out of network charges as well as incorrectly making our visit a "comprehensive visit" billing us 700$ plus dollars. it was a well check for immunizations. Both my kids were in one room. Not sure how comprehensive if taking weight, height and giving a shot! we waited in lobby longer than we were with NP. Clearly unprofessional for both kids to me in one room and bill 2x. I believe they are double billing and NOT up front with their process.
