I have had MS for 20 years and in that time I've seen a lot of neuros in NY & in MD. I also have had Migraines since I was a young child. Dr. Parrota is the 1st doctor who recommended botox for me & its changed my life in dramatic ways. If you know how a migraine several times a month can ruin your life, you can understand how incredible it is when you get relief. I'm forever grateful to her. My husband also sees her for his MS as well. We just LOVE her & find her kind, compassionate & knowledgeable. I never feel rushed & always feel she listens to my concerns. I'm grateful we found her after our other neuro retired. I also find the office/Dr is very responsive on the patient portal.

Dr Francis is the most kind compassionate doctor I’ve met. She listens and tries to get to the bottom of your pain. She found issues I didn’t know I had by ordering the appropriate tests. Everytime I have an issue she promptly gets back to me or one of the staff. Everyone is so nice and understanding.

I have been waiting until I was completely separated from this office to share my experience. I will start with the only good thing about my experience here, the nurses. They were always great and very compassionate even in difficult situations. I recently suffered from a 3 month long migraine which affected me daily. 2 months of which were wasted here. It was debilitating, it started to change who I am, it was affecting me in every way. During this time Dr.Istre did not recommend any new medications or additional testing. We re-tried old medications that had not worked previously. When I did not want to try one of them again, he minimized my side effects and all but stopped responding. Viktor is amazing, he is very attentive, knowledgeable and professional. I am so grateful to have found him to treat my migraines. I had been suffering with vestibular migraines for over 20 years and was given medications that didn't help and made me feel ill. Now I receive Botox injections for the pain and feel so much better!

I had regular appointments here in 2020 - end of 2021. I payed about $200 copay each visit for the doctor to literally do nothing. I explained to her in June 2021 that the medication prescribed for migraines were making me feel worse. Rather than switching me to one of the other 6 medications we had previously discussed, I was told that I can take up to 4 pills of what I was already prescribed. She thought increasing the dosage would help. My work also requested the doctor fill reasonable accommodation paperwork, due to the fact I did a lot of local traveling for my job. On days when migraines were really bad, I might have to pull over. The doctor refused to fill out this paperwork. She said I only do FMLA.
