I have been a patient here for several years. Although I rarely had to make an appointment to be seen, when I did go I had nothing but positive things to say about the staff and my care. I found it very convenient that they have a lab on site. Even when I moved almost an hour away, I stayed because I felt that they treated me well. Until today... I have been trying to make an appointment to be seen for several months and their availability and mine have been clashing. Finally, I was able to schedule an appointment that worked for me. The appointment was for today. Yesterday I got a voicemail that the doctor has an appointment of her own that she forgot about and they would like me to come in early. I was scheduled for a new patient appointment. I checked in online and arrived before the appointment time I was given. After waiting to be seen past my appointment time I was brought into a room. I asked at the front desk and was told that the time given is actually a half hour before your actual appointment. The assistant in the room then proceeded to ask me all the questions that I answered online prior to my appointment. When I questioned her as to why I had to repeat this process when all the information is on their portal already she stormed out and got her office manager. He informed me that they do indeed expect their patients to arrive a half hour before their actual scheduled appointment as people are typically late and that it is their policy to verify information you ALREAD

This was once a nice place, but for the last one year, we were totally neglected. Last year my kid's annual appointments got cancelled in the last minute twice, which pushed it almost 4 months, thereby delaying her vaccine schedules etc. This year, the doctor discontinued with the practice and we weren't notified until 2 days before the appointment day. They claim to have send a letter 3 months ago, which we never received (funny that bills never get lost!!). Also it is a pathetic excuse since they have this app where they show appointments which never said cancelled since the doctors moved practice. Now, we are trying to get a new pediatrician and they will take 30 days to release medical records. This puts my kids annual wellness and vaccines almost delayed by half a year. Pathetic servi

The people working are good, but thier call system is a zero. They literally left I message with a call back number that was not functioning, as in not a working number. Called to ask if I should reschedule as I didn't get a blood test done as I was supposed to (100% "my bad"). Picked best option and system said that option is currently unavailable. Then put on perma hold, so I hung up. Called back later and that option was available and I spoke with staff and my concerns/questions were handled appropriately and professionally. Jasper Yuen has been good to work with. It's unfortunate they are so internet and tech dependent regarding appointments and other issues given that seems to be where the problem resides. Not the actual medical service.

Website lists their hours as open until 5 PM. Got here at 4:55 PM to pick up meds and the doors are locked and the office is empty. They keep trying to charge a copay for preventative care visits that are covered 100%. Months later after my insurance company has already called them out on upcharging, they are still sending me bills. They can't be bothered to respond to requests for appointments though. Probably too busy with all that insurance fraud. When you call to schedule an appointment, you wait on hold for over half an hour. I'm please with the actual medical staff, but the administration leaves a lot to be desired.
