Guys, I hate to post this negative review (as in it breaks my heart, this office used to be the cream of the crop), but if you value your health DO NOT GO HERE. I’ll leave with this, they’ll write you prescriptions which you can’t suddenly just discontinue. Yet when calling them and asking what should I do….??? They told me, “I’d figure it out…, and just to go the hospital”. Yes, that was their response to me after prescribing a medication which you can’t just stop cold turkey (“that I’d figure it out 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️😂😂). I’ve shared the story with other doctors all of which have been utterly mortified, like lost for words at her behavior…. In my case, my medication could have killed me had I discontinued it abruptly because of grand mal seizures. After checking myself in the ER, my doctors

Booked an appointment online (new patient). The appointment was a month out. Showed up and was told the provider isn't accepting new patients. No email or call/voicemail informing me of cancellation. Also, sat at front desk for 20 mins before someone spoke to me. Young lady at the 'checkout' window didn't acknowledge my presence. Impressive location.

It’s not easy finding a doctor, I’ve never kept one. It seems they dismiss, are condescending, or never fully solve the problem. When I randomly began having horrible pains, swelling, nausea, It began a series of ER trips and referrals. Orthopedic specialist, vascular surgeons. I thought, I better get a primary ; and get a second opinion. I began randomly calling Offices, and scheduled an appointment here. I will say that all the staff is absolutely welcoming, light, and very kind. I met with NP Alex Nelson, and he provided care that surpasses any specialist or doctor I’ve been to! He listened to my concerns and ordered the appropriate test. If you’re looking for a new primary care physician , look no further. Lauren Hendershot is truly the BEST! I have been a patient of Lauren’s for a few years now, she is attentive, caring, and never leaves any room for question. Even with a simple concern Lauren is quick to address it, and always makes me feel comfortable in her care! Finding a good, caring physician is hard, but Lauren is the best of the best!

I've had difficulty finding a PCP my whole life. The clinicians here are phenomenal. They are kind, understanding and knowledgeable. If they don't have an answer they will work until they figure it out. They are always prompt and even when they're busy, they find time for their patients. I was a patient of Dr. Doyle when he was part of the practice and was very sad to see him leave. I transferred to Dr. Messitt and he is just as kind and patient. I've also seen Kathy Mazur-Herren, PA and she is so easy to talk to and kind. The nursing staff is incredible. I'm so glad I found this office. I recommend them to everyone.
