St. Peter's ALS Regional Center

My boyfriend is a patient. You will not find better or more compassionate care anywhere. The entire staff here are the absolute best and have become like family to us. When we are in need of equipment, they have it to loan to us the same day I ask. Simply the best for a difficult situation.

I can not say enough positives about the St. Peter's ALS Regional Center. The staff is phenomenal, available and compassionate. They lent us so much medical equipment that would have left us bankrupt as a family. We had 24/7 help from Dr. Miller and our nurse Trish. All of the specialists knew their stuff and thought of every creative solution. For our family, ALS was an especially brutal experience because it was compounded with probably frontotemporal degeneration (dementia). It made our case time intensive and emotionally intensive and they were wonderful through it all. Thank you so much!

We were supported by the wonderful staff at the ALS Regional Center in Albany during my brother's illness. They lent us wheelchairs and numerous other equipment, and kept us one step ahead of the next symptoms. The capitol region is fortunate to have this resource for families dealing with ALS. Kudos!!
