St Pete Dentures

Dr. Tennant set up a 3 phased plan to fix my teeth totaling $15,000.00 - I have severe TMJ and Dental Anxiety. I had the first 8 hour appointment under anthestesia, ended up with a massive infection. Dr. Tennant was hurt that weekend - Dr. Marquez took my next appointment to inform me she was not honoring the Signed Dental Contract for Phase 2 & 3 because I was under charged and she refused to give anthestesia and "Only a Baby would be afraid of the Dentist". Now 13 yrs later all my remaining teeth are broken off because I could not get another Dentist because of the condition my teeth were left in.

I went in for a lower partial denture and 7 months later they finished. 7 MONTHS! I went most of that time walking around with NO teeth and NO concerns from Dr. Marquez , who also has a private practice next door. Dr. Tennant was GREAT when he owned the practice. Quick painless and thorough. Marquez is NOT so great. The office is straight out of 1970, equipment included. Staff is the same as her private practice next door but become incompetent when working next door at St. Pete Dentures? If you need to get dentures on a budget, RUN don't walk from St.Pete Dentures and Dr. Marquez and staff! I don't want ANYONE to have the horrible experience I had to endure. Dr, Marquez, please don't try and sugar coat this with some lame excuse or apology because I do not want nor would I believe a word

Place is awful..... I went in a few times and never met the actual dentist till about a year later. I had xrays done here, teeth cleaned, and a minor cavity fixed (none done by the actual dentist). However there were a few things I needed done and had brought it to the attention of the hygienist at the time. Forward a year later.... the very concerns I had... were neglected and now the dentist (which I just met on the last visit) now is quoting me over $2000 in dental work. When I asked why are the concerns getting addressed now... when they were a problem over a year ago.... she (dentist) had no answer other than all of the irrelevant comments made that had nothing to do with her taking responsibility for any of it. Then... she calls me on a Sunday evening, leaving a message wondering

I found Dr. Tennant to be condescending and lacking compassion. If you enjoy being patronized and taken advantage of, he's the right dentist for you.
