Had the best experience today. Angie was so nice & gentle during my cleaning. I love that she let me know what she was going to do before doing it. I left feeling like I had a good thorough visit. The front desk staff & dentist were also so sweet & welcoming. I’m glad I found this dental office!

Today at about 10:15 am (11/17/25) Jennifer (?) the tech took three incorrect xrays of the tooth getting the crown and was about to do a fourth when I told her that I would not permit any more exposure that day. If she couldn’t image one tooth correctly three times then she should not be taking xrays. The rest of procedure went fine. I usually give the practice high ratings but not today.

Dental visits are not my favorite but necessary. The staff here is efficient and professional. Dr Higdon is an excellent dentist and provides options for treatments. Book your appointments in advance - they are popular and busy!

My appointment went smoothly. I was greeted and seated very quickly. The dental assistant took X-rays and identified the issues. Dr Higdon confirmed the problems and laid out a plan to treat them. The whole process was handled quickly and professionally.
