St. Matthews Community Pharmacy

12-2-2025 Let me just say the lady whom i spoke with today, (no name sorry) but claims to be a buyer for Joel and it seem i was being railroaded when i asked to speak to Joel, she wasn't having it (gate keeper).... She was very rude on the phone to me basically told me take it or leave it as i was searching for a specific generic medication. This pharmacy used to be great back when HEPA worked there. Sad, no more mom and pop here, just terrible attitude phone etiquette.

Love this pharmacy! Their customer service and efficiency makes is outstanding. St Matt pharmacy is well stocked, and they are always able to fill my prescriptions quickly. They also carry a variety of vitamins and supplements. Someone is always readily available to answer questions by phone or in person. I switched to St Matt pharmacy from Kroger, and I have been a an extremely satisfied customer for 2 years. I have no plans to utilize Kroger or another big pharmacy in the future.

This used to be a great pharmacy. Since moving to their new location they’ve cut their hours making it impossible to pick up prescriptions. Only open from 9-5 with an hour off during lunch when people might have an opportunity to pick up. They cut being open on Saturdays. They’ll have your prescription for days and won’t order the proper amount to cover medication refills for medications that I need every month. They do not care about putting people at risk because they can’t get it together to have your medications which is their entire freaking job.

The St. Mathews Community Pharmacy is hands down the best pharmacy I have ever been too. They are excellent in every way and I am very pleased to have found them. I gladly drive across town to get my scripts filled hassle & stress free from very nice, well educated people. Complete opposite of chain stores, with huge lines, no phone communication, rude workers, and endless complications. None of that here! Thank you guys for doing such a great job, and always going above and beyond. TEN STARS!

This used to be a great place. A year or two ago, they moved locations (no longer actually in St. Matthews) and dramatically reduced their hours (now 9-5 M-F, used to be until 6 with limited Saturday hours). They also mailed prescriptions starting with the pandemic. However, they recently made another change, and will no longer mail to residents that they feel are close enough to have to come pick it up themselves, including me. So, I have to take time off from work to drive over half an hour each way (if there's no traffic) to pick up my prescription, which is a compound that is difficult to locate. I'm grateful that they carry this medication, as I need it, but the customer experience has substantially degraded. One thing they have maintained from the pandemic, even in their "glamo
